• The side frames hyperextended to assist patients with leg cast or hip replacements. This feature allows the patient to hyperextend one side of the walker to accommodate a swing through motion of the leg.
• The side frames hyperextend to assist patients in sitting down and standing up, especially while using a wheelchair, commode or lift chair.
• The location of the reinforced front cross brace is designed to permit use over commodes. This is very helpful when visiting someone's home or business that doesnot have grab bars.
• With both side frames hyperextended the XM Walker can be used as an extra wide walker to accommodate patients who need the extra width but do not fit into the heavy duty billing code.
